            I I I  safety,alot aditional options like multi-simultanious adding CNT(or future material)to ribons
            I I I  increaseed capacity due finer adjusting shiping cargos with larger margines safety factors
            I I I  etc...

This should be in one of the Ribbon threads rather than the Finance section.  When we look for it we will not find it.
I believe that one of my Superpowers as a moderator is the ability to cloud men's minds move threads from one topic to another.  I'll try, but not tonight.

I also have many questions about your suggestion that SEs could have the equivalent of railroad sidings that would allow climbers to pass each other. Again, not tonight...
