LiftPort Questions Database

The sheer volume of information that is still unknown for a project as monumental and groundbreaking as is the LiftPort Space Elevator is going to require much more research than any one organization can tackle. As Michael Laine, founder and president of LiftPort is fond of saying, "We don't even have all the questions yet - let alone all the answers."

In order to develop and catalog those questions LiftPort Research has developed the LiftPort Space Elevator Questions Database. This database is not only used by our research department, but by universities worldwide who are studying varying aspects of the space elevator.

If you would like to do Space Elevator related research, please consider this resource to help you itentify a need.

LiftPort Space Elevator Roadmap

During the summer of 2006, LiftPort Research also began developing the LiftPort Space Elevator Roadmap - a timeline of milestones necessary for building the LiftPort Space Elevator.

The Roadmap is considered a work-in-progress and is subject to change. If you have a question or can help further define the roadmap, feel free to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
