On June 11, 2016, we unveiled our very first gallery ever at NEON, an Art Party Fundraiser hosted by Spaceworks Tacoma. We displayed posters, sketches, models, artifacts, and original artwork. Over 500 people attended; most had never heard of the Space Elevator. The response we received was tremendously positive, and people from all walks of life were eager to learn more about our project. We realized that art displays could be an amazing way to inspire and educate the public about our mission.
We are currently in the process of setting up a public window display on Broadway Street across from the Pantages Theater in Tacoma, Washington to further test this idea. However, we want this display to be available to people around the world, so we are putting our work online for you.
